Three Bullocks lived together in a wide, open field. They always stayed close to one another while grazing.
A hungry Lion often watched them, hoping for a chance to catch one. Several times he tried to attack, but the Bullocks stood side by side, using their sharp horns and powerful hooves to drive him away.
The Lion knew he couldn’t defeat all three together.
Even so, he kept returning to the field, patiently waiting for an opportunity.
One day, the Bullocks argued. Their disagreement grew so serious that each one wandered off to a different corner of the field, refusing to stay near the others.
The Lion saw his chance.
He attacked the first Bullock while it was alone, then the second, and finally the third. Separated from one another, none of them was strong enough to defend itself against the Lion.
What the Lion could never accomplish against three united friends became easy once they were divided.
Moral: There is strength in unity. When we stand together, we are far stronger than when we stand alone.
